Your role within this financial services group is to provide compliance advice and guidance to staff and to manage a team of senior specialists to interpret the requirements of legislation, rules and guidance. You will proactively assist senior management in large or complex business areas to develop policies and procedures that comply with relevant regulatory guidance and promote a positive compliance culture. To be considered for this position you must have a detailed and current knowledge of the FSA rules and guidance, DWP, OPRA and Inland Revenue rules, current Data Protection and anti-money laundering requirements and 3-5 years relevant compliance*regulatory experience, including managing a team of regulatory specialists. You should be fully qualified FPC or possess another relevant qualification.
